Will and Kathryn began their careers in small, family-owned studios—in Windsor and Toronto, respectively—where they developed a hands-on, client-focused mindset. They later led key initiatives at large, multi-disciplinary firms in Detroit and Toronto, further expanding their capacity for integrated project delivery. This early foundation, combined with years of collaboration alongside leading community builders, advisors, specialists, and makers, reinforces our belief that great design emerges from collaboration, context, and a commitment to thoughtful, enduring solutions.

We are deeply invested in the intersection of function, purpose, and aesthetics, creating sustainable, adaptable, and socially engaging spaces that enhance both their immediate surroundings and the broader public realm. Our expertise spans mid-rise and high-rise multi-unit residential buildings (MURBs), mixed-use developments, commercial spaces, retail, institutional projects, and master planning.
