The Annex is a curated meeting and pop-up space located in the heart of Walkerville. Open to members to book hourly, the Annex supports small businesses, creatives, and community builders looking for an inspiring place to gather, collaborate, or showcase their work.

Whether you're hosting a client meeting, launching a product, or connecting over coffee, The Annex provides a thoughtful, well-appointed setting that evolves with its members.

Memberships & Pricing

  • $150/mo. (6-month minimum term)

    Up to 10 hours per month with access Monday-Friday between 9am – 5pm.

    Business members get preferred rates for evening and weekend bookings.

  • $250/mo. (6-month minimum term)

    Up to 20 hours per month with access Monday-Friday between 9am – 5pm.

  • $75/hour (non-member)

    $50/hour (member)

    For evening (5pm-9pm) and weekends (9am-9pm)
