In collaboration with One Urban Developments Inc., this non-awarded development proposal reimagines a pivotal site in downtown Windsor as a new civic anchor for the downtown’s western edge. The three-tower composition blends urban intensity with a generous public realm, balancing density with livability.

Framed by a striking brick-and-glass base, the podium integrates vibrant ground-floor retail, community-oriented uses, and welcoming public courtyards. Above, a rhythm of residential towers rises—each carefully articulated to introduce warmth, material richness, and a distinctive skyline presence along University Avenue.
