This six-storey mid-rise brings a contemporary take on Hamilton’s rich masonry tradition. A traditional brick façade grounds the building in context while floor-to-ceiling windows and articulated massing introduce rhythm and light. At street level, double-height retail units enhance the pedestrian experience, activating the public realm and offering space for local business to grow.
